  • Jab – is one of the basic techniques you can use in martial arts.  First, the lead fist is thrown straight ahead, and the arm is fully extended. Place the elbow tight and pointed downwards and rotate the fist at the end of the motion. You can bring the fist back to the chin as quickly as you punch out and keep the chin tucked behind the shoulder.

It is one of the famous Muay Thai boxing stadium in Southern Thailand. The Stadium located at Patong Beach, Kathu, Phuket, Thailand. It is directly opposite Banzaan Market on Sai Kor Road and behind Jungceylon Shopping Mall. Muay Thai fights organized by different promoters, three times a week on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. It starts at 9pm until midnight, and it depends on the match-ups fight.

Yesterday, Jay Z and Beyonce took a Muay Thai fight at Patong Boxing Stadium in Phuket, where some fans spotted these lovely couples sat on the ringside. A source told E News “Jay is a huge supporter of the sport. If there is an opportunity for him to attend a match while on vacation, absolutely he’ll be there, Could he of been scouting new fighters? Who knows, it’s certainly possible. Many of the fighters are not from America, they come from all over the world.”
